We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), participating in mediation sessions (stories, perspectives, agreements), and using AI features. We also collect standard usage data such as browser type, device, and pages visited.
Your information is used to provide the mediation service, generate AI-powered summaries and suggestions, send notifications about session activity, and improve the platform. We anonymize personal data before processing it through AI models.
We do not sell your personal information. Session data is shared only between the participants and mediator of that session. We use third-party services (Clerk for authentication, Supabase for storage, Resend for email) that process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view. AI processing uses anonymized inputs to protect participant identities.
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. To request full data deletion, contact us at the email below.
