By accessing or using the Mediation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Mediation provides an online platform for structured conflict resolution. The platform facilitates communication between parties and offers AI-powered tools to assist the mediation process. Mediation is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may not use another person's account without permission.
You agree to use the platform in good faith for legitimate mediation purposes. You may not use the service to harass, threaten, or abuse other users. Abusive or fraudulent use may result in account termination.
Agreements reached through the platform are between the participating parties. Mediation facilitates the process but is not a party to any agreement. The enforceability of agreements depends on applicable local laws.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Mediation is not liable for the outcome of any dispute or for any damages arising from use of the service.
